Paul Lemieux, CRO of Cadsourcing Sales and Marketing
Cadsourcing sales and marketing work would not be this effective without these people influencing the pivotal role of the company’s success.
Meet Paul Lemieux, Chief Revenue Officer for Cadsourcing. Paul has over 20 years of successful sales experience previously leading sales teams in the medical sales industry and interestingly in the high end photo booth industry. He has a degree in Business Administration (B.S) and has also obtained his MBA and is Six Sigma certified.
Lemieux plays an important role at Cadsourcing, constantly pursuing better integration and handling responsibilities in regards to revenue production. Lemieux is a dedicated man, rolling out early in the morning, ready to accomplish his day-to-day tasks.
We recently sat down with Paul to learn a little more about him and what his goals are for Cadsourcing.
“What do you like most about Cadsourcing and your position right now?”
Lemieux: “What I enjoy most about Cadsourcing are the people I work with. I also love the strategy required to help overcome daily challenges and the continual efforts to reach company goals. Sales and Marketing are a vital factor on how we will continue to grow as company.”
“What’s the one thing about you that only a few people know?”
Lemieux: “I’ve skydived and I enjoy listening to country music.”
“How do you keep a healthy work/life balance?”
Lemieux: “I’m fortunate to telecommute from a home office which really helps me maintain that balance.”
“What are you most proud of?”
Lemieux: “I’m proud of the fact that we’ve built a solid outside sales team and recently recorded our best quarter ever.”
“How does a normal day look like at the office?”
Lemieux: “I’m an early riser so my day begins at six. Then I respond to emails, support my Account Managers, and focus on my daily tasks; all the while having my two best buddies nearby under my desk.
“What are your favorite movies of all time?”
Lemieux: “Usual Suspects and War Horse”
“How do you define success?”
Lemieux: “My definition of success is knowing that what you are doing is helping you and others lead a better, happier and healthier life. I’m very proud to be a part of the Cadsourcing family. And I continue to be excited at the bright future of this company.”
Growth is the essential core of every business and a Chief Revenue Officer can truly bring fundamental development for the company, every employee can do that too.
